Exciting Upcoming Changes

Peeps as the blog changes its look, the content will change with it! I can't really call this a fashion blog or even a J.Crew related blog when I haven't talked about that in about 4 months. I've become really involved in putting the house together, finding perfect pieces for the house within my budget, and doing it all creatively. In the meantime, I'd like to post random photos I like, talk about what's going on with the family... I hope you like it! It's a move in the right direction for me and I'm excited about what's coming up!

  1. Sounds good. :) I will still follow, of course...

  2. That's good news! Glad to have you stop by, Dina! Hope it's warming up there in the NoVa! I was there in November.... so beautiful!

  3. Oh, I'm sure it will be fabulous. Can't wait to see the changes.

    Hope you are feeling good?!?!

When I was pregos, all the fashion blogs made me loco re: the fact that my fat old bootie could only rock mumus and crap from Old Navy. Shudder. So, I can't imagine writing about that stuff right now is any fun.

Consequently, my few impulsive prego lady purchases of regular gal clothing are collecting dust in my closet with the tags still on. Lesson learned - Do not shop for post-pregnancy gear until post pregnancy. Actually, this whole breastfeeding situation makes it so hard for me to get dressed because I am convinced that nursing bras are the lamest undergarments known to mankind. And, I actually weigh less now than I did pre-pregnancy. I'm like at my college fighting weight. Say, what?!

Can't wait to see your gorgeous pics and your rocking abode in Hawaii. So jealy jealy.

  4. Oh you go Suze with your skinny bootie!!!
I feel fine though the first few months were tough. I was on a fruit diet- that's all that baby wanted. I ended up losing about 15 lbs, but imtruing my best to eat as healthy as possible.
I'm still wearing my pre-pregnancy clothes, though the belly area is getting tight now. Def not fun to be talking about fashion right now. :0).
I'm sure I'll have posts now and then about it, but I think I'll have my hands full for a while. Fun!!

  5. Nothing about your blogger address or content led me to believe you had a fixed focus. Looking forward to what's coming! :-)

  6. Totally and beyond in love with your blog. It's my new crush. My name's Anna, I'm a stylist and visual merchandiser in LA. I'm 23 years old and moved to California after graduating back in south with a degree in visual merchandiser. I've been lucky enough since moving out here to work with some of LA's most respected designers. I'd love if you visited my new blog for multiple posts a day on all things fashion. I'd love the support. I'm following you, I hope you'll do the same. Thanks so much.
