Following the adventures of a Honolulu girl as she takes her home from builder-typical to all out fab, one repurposed item at a time.
I haven't been to Seattle in about 10 years! I would love to go back.
WOW!!!! Professional photographer!!!
Speaking of travel, we have an opportunity to go to Hawaii for a few days (most likely 4), which island would you recommend on such a short trip? I've been to Maui in the past but this would be my Husbands first time. Should we just go to the Big Island? We'd probably want to do a lot of outdoorsy stuff, atving, hiking, things like that. Thanks!
I wanted to check in and see if you and your family are ok. You are all in my thoughts and prayers! Please post when you get the chance!
Seattle is sooo cool. Thanks for sharing pics. I hope everything is good for you & your family.
@Pakcola, I would normally recommend the Big Island and stay in a Kona-side hotel. There are a number along that stretch of volcanic highway that are gorgeous and definitely give you a feeling of relaxation and hibernation. :0) Definitely visit Waimea / Kamuela. A lovely, lovely area surrounded by the Parker Ranch. You never saw a more pretty, up country area. :0) @FFM, thank you so much for checking on us. We are ok and all safe!@Gigi, everything's great -- thanks for stopping by. Hope you all are doing well and having a wonderful weekend!
